All Sales Final
Due to the handcrafted, personal nature of our wellness products (perfume oils, therapeutic rollers, and balms) and collectible poetry items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.
Why All Sales Final?
Our products are carefully handcrafted in small batches in our Wisconsin studio. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used wellness products. Our poetry collection items are sold as collectibles and are also non-returnable.
Product Quality
We stand behind the quality of our products. Each item is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@scentshaper.com with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement.
